its a cough suppressant,kinda like a anguish killer , but if you take enough it can do a amount of issues like,take anguish away,upset you stomach,you can fall asleep or even die,they drink it with beer and smoke weed with it so if a lil is consumed itll even out the negative effects wich signifies it just adds a lil much more umph to their high,the name like dextramorphyne ithink its known as is a affordable promethizine/codene
